Sabayon, Anyone?

I made this during my last semester at pastry school! This sabayon has a ribbon sponge covered in stars on the outside with genoise inside. The chocolate mouse topping was alcoholic, as I made it with brandy and sherry that wasn’t cooked out (on purpose). The half I brought home didn’t last long.

My First Wedding Cake!

One of my mother’s co-workers at her last office job wanted a unique wedding cake. I learned new skills–airbrushing!–and used the ones I learned to create this well-received cake! Isn’t it lovely? My customer absolutely loved it, and so did all their guests! Need a unique wedding cake? Contact me!

Another Birthday for NerdKid

When my younger brother asks for a cake, I make it! Here’s his cake from 2021! He absolutely loved how I used his color options, and the inside of the cake was soft, light and moist. Need a birthday cake? Let me know!
