For the Love of Baked Goods

Hi! I’m Qam Roberts, the pastry chef behind Delicious Dominion Bakery.

A certified Pastry Chef, I earned my certificate through the Culinary Certificate Program at Cochise College, right here in Sierra Vista. But my love of baked goods didn’t start there!

Growing up as an army brat, I lived in many different places before landing in Arizona, and while my father did army things, my mom and I spent a lot of time in the kitchen, where she sparked my curiosity and interest in all the science-y parts of the culinary world! I dove in headfirst, and under her guidance, started to experiment with different texture and flavor combinations, much to the delight of my family and friends!

Now I bring that love of baked goods to you through the host of new and exciting offerings that will tantalize your tastebuds and make great-tasting treats accessible to everyone in the community!
