For the Love of Baked Goods

Hi! I’m Qam Roberts, and I’m the head chef behind The World Domination Foundation Bakery. Our main goal? Taking over the world, one dessert at a time. After all, the best way to anyone’s heart is through their stomach, don’t you agree?

A certified Pastry Chef, I earned my certificate through the Culinary Certificate Program at Cochise College, right here in Sierra Vista. But my love of baked goods didn’t start there!

You see, as an Army brat, I spent a lot of time in many different places before my father was stationed here at Fort Huachuca, and while he was doing Army things, my mom and I spent a lot of time in the kitchen. 

She taught me the first recipes I ever learned, sparking my curiousity and interest in all the science-y parts of the culinary world! I dove in headfirst, and under her guidance, I started to experiment with different texture and flavor combinations, much to the delight of my family and friends! 

And I bring that love of the kitchen to you through the host of new and exciting offerings that will tantalize your tastebuds and make great-tasting treats accessible to everyone in the community!
