Chocolate Almond Balls

These are so easy to make in small and large batches. My great-grandmother’s recipe, we make this almost every year during our holiday bake.

But they’re not just for holidays! A drier cookie that isn’t too sweet, this pairs perfectly with coffee and hot cocoa (or any other hot drink).

Russian Tea Cakes

These are also known as Mexican Wedding Cakes, so while we make them for holidays, they are a great everyday dessert!

We use the recipe from Betty Crocker, and this is another super easy cookie to pull off that is easy to make for small or large crowds. And the dough freezes really well!
